We accept all online payments via PayPal only. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 days of payment - most likely sooner. Orders made on Friday and/or the Weekend will be processed on Monday-Thursday. We only ship item(s) to verified PayPal confirmed mail addresses. If you use an unverified mail address we will contact you to verify your information.
The costumer will get two separate e-mails via PayPal one for your order confirmation and another which is a follow up e-mail regarding your tracking information. "Best Purchase Ever" is not responsible for item(s) damaged or defective merchandise, or lost in transit. (See FAQ for lost packages)
Please allow the USPS 14-25 days for your item to arrive to your destination. If the item(s) does not arrive to its destination by the 25 days period as stated, the buyer can then contact PayPal directly.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: We do our very best to provide the best accurate description for all of our item(s) with pictures. Our item(s) pictures are sold "As Is Described" and depicted on the item(s) listing. If you have specific questions about an item's condition, we are happy to answer them for you.
REFUND POLICY: Once an item is purchased and paid for via PayPal Express Checkout and shipped and delivered to the buyer, there will be no refunds thereafter, as you “the buyer” acknowledged by accepting the description in the product listing(s) as is described before making the purchase(s). Please note all orders are final sale.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We reserve the right to accept order cancellations on a case-by-case basis and will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped or packaged. Please note that requesting a refund to the original payment method from orders paid with Credit Card or PayPal via PayPal Express Checkout will incur a 5% re-stocking/cancellation fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
EXCHANGES: Since items are limited in stock, we can't do exchanges, therefore all sales are final.
RETURN POLICY: All Sales items are final on our shop. We do not offer or accept returns on Brand New Unopened or Pre-owned items which are not returnable unless the problem you experience is the result of our error.
